New Vehicle Limited Warranty

The New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers most components of your Volkswagen for 4 years or 80,000 km*, whichever comes first. It excludes wear and tear items and adjustments after the first 12 months or 20,000 km*. This warranty gives you peace of mind knowing that your new vehicle is protected against defects in material and workmanship.

Corrosion Perforation Warranty

Volkswagen vehicles come with a 7-year unlimited km limited warranty against corrosion perforation. This coverage ensures that your vehicle’s body panels are protected from rust-through, allowing you to drive with confidence even in harsh conditions.

High Voltage Limited Warranty

For electric vehicles like the Volkswagen ID.4, the High Voltage Limited Warranty covers the high voltage battery system for 8 years or 160,000 km*, whichever occurs first. This warranty includes coverage for the high-voltage battery module, battery housing, BMS control unit, and more, ensuring the longevity and reliability of your vehicle’s electric components.

Certified Pre-Owned Warranty

Volkswagen’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles come with several warranty options, allowing you to choose the level of coverage that best suits your needs:

• Assurance Program: Includes the remaining new-vehicle limited warranty, 6 months of Roadside Assistance, 3 months of SiriusXM® satellite radio, and a CARFAX® vehicle history report.
• Premium Assurance Program: Offers the remaining new-vehicle limited warranty plus an additional 2-year / 40,000 km limited extended warranty, 2 years / 40,000 km of Roadside Assistance, 3 months of SiriusXM® satellite radio, and a CARFAX® vehicle history report.

Volkswagen Parts and Accessories Warranty

Volkswagen Parts are backed by a 2-year / unlimited-kilometre limited warranty from the date of purchase. If parts are purchased from an authorized dealer during the new-vehicle limited-warranty period, they are covered for the longer of either the remainder of that new-vehicle limited-warranty period or a period of 2 years / unlimited kilometres.

Accessories are covered for the new-vehicle limited warranty period of 4 years / 80,000 km when purchased at the time of new vehicle purchase, or for 2 years / unlimited kilometres if purchased during the warranty period from an authorized dealer.

Roadside Assistance

Volkswagen Roadside Assistance is available for 4 years or 80,000 km* from the date of purchase for new vehicles and is included with all CPO vehicles. This service provides towing, battery jump start, flat-tire service, lock-out service, and more, ensuring you have help whenever you need it.
