However, if you have a long trip coming up and you will need 100% of your battery's capability, it only takes a couple of steps to make sure your ID.4 charges to 100% in time for that trip.

Before a long trip in your ID.4, you'll want to maximize your range by teaching your car to charge to 100%.
Look for the vehicle menu on your infotainment system.
Find the Charging Menu and you will see a slider you can easily reset to instruct your car to charge overnight to 100%. Maximizing your vehicle range.
Remember to set it back to 80% after your journey to maximize the life of your ID.4 battery.
